Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns on our products within 7 days of delivery if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@jaganutz.com with your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are perishable, opened, or not in their original condition cannot be returned.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
